Tire Flips & Hop Through the Hole (each person hops through hole)

* Note one athlete on rower while other two athletes do weighted ball run. Each athletes takes a turn in order on the rower on each separate cycle. Reps are divided up into 25 for each athlete each, equaling 75 to complete that exercise.
