This is a standard Double Under in which the rope passes twice for each jump. Attempts will not be counted and the rope must land behind the feet.
Modification for Novice Only
Novice participants have an option to do Singles x 3 in lieu of the standard Double Unders. This is a standard Single Under in which the rope passes once for each jump. Attempts will not be counted, and the rope must land behind the feet.
If you begin with Double Unders, you must complete Double Unders throughout the workout. If you begin with Singles, you must complete Singles throughout the workout. No changing of Doubles to Singles and vice versa at any time during the workout.
Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull
This is a standard Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull. The movement will begin in a wide stance with both hands on the kettlebell. Starting from the ground, the kettlebell will be lifted into a full extension high pull position. The hips must be fully extended and the kettlebell must be lifted to the sternum, at the top of the movement to be counted. The kettlebell must also touch the ground at the bottom of the movement for the repetition to count.
