CrossFit WOD:

Warm-up:

800 M Run

Buy In:

2 min max Burpees

20 Minute AMRAP:
400 M Run
Tabata Mountain Climbers (20 secs of work then right to run)
200 M Run
Tabata Sit-ups (20 secs of work then right to run)
400 M Run
Tabata Tuck Jumps (20 secs of work then right to run)
400 M Run
Tabata Air Squats (20 secs of work then right to run)
200 M Run
Tabata Bench Dips (20 secs of work then right to run)

*Trainer will run 20 second intervals as soon as first person comes back, following runners can only start their Tabatas in at the beginning of an interval!!!

 Cash Out:
