20 Minute AMRAP:

10 Tire Flips  (solo or together)

20 Handstand Push-ups

30 Power Snatches 95/65#

40 Burpee Over Bar

50 Air Squats

* Pair up with someone and divide the work as you see fit. Only one person works out at a time. Finish all the reps from each movement before moving on to the next.
