Warm-up: (all classes get there 10 minutes before class):

Tabata Hang From Pull Up Bar:

The Tabata interval is 40 secs of work followed by 20 secs of rest for 2 intervals.

*Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.

Tabata Pull Up (Hold):

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 40 secs of rest for 4 intervals.

*Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.
