CAT ONE:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
40 ft. handstand walks
80 double-unders

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 toes to bar
20 weighted kettlebell pistols (alternating) 53/35#

CAT TWO:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
24 ft. handstand walks
50 double-unders

*2 min rest

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 toes to bar
20 weighted kettlebell pistols (alternating) 35/26#

CAT THREE:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
20 sec Handstand Hold
30 double-unders (count misses)

10 knees to elbow
20 pistols regular or progressions  (alternating)

CAT  FOUR:

2 Wall Walk Pikes

10 knee raises
20 split lunges
