1 Mile Run (whole class)

 Conditioning:

CAT ONE:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
135-lb./95-lb.* sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell

CAT TWO:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
115-lb/80-lb.* sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell

CAT THREE:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
95-lb./70-lb.* sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell
CAT FOUR:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
75-lb./55-lb.* sumo deadlift high pulls, 10 reps
10 burpees, jumping over the barbell.
