1 minute of 155/110-lb. deadlifts
1 minute of push-ups
1 minute of strict knees-to-elbows

CAT THREE:
5 rounds for reps of:
1 minute of 135/95-lb. deadlifts
1 minute of push-ups
1 minute of knees-to-elbows

CAT FOUR:
5 rounds for reps of:
1 minute of 95/65-lb. deadlifts
1 minute of push-ups/ knees
1 minute of knee raises
