P1:: Partner WOD 2 Rounds (Time)

C1:

50 Kettlebell Swings, 73/53 lbs

40 Air Squats

30 Handstand Push-ups

20 V-ups

10 Burpees

*Partner A. works. Partner B. runs 200 M. Partner B. takes over chipping away at the movement after completing the 200 M run. Partner A goes on a run. Do this until all reps have been completed for each movement.

C2:

Partner WOD 2 Rounds For time:

30 Handstand Push-ups

20 V-ups

10 Burpees

50 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35lbs

40 Air Squats
