For Time:

Partner 1- Sumo deadlift high pull 115/95#

Partner 2- 50 double unders

Team must accumulate a total of 150 reps of SDHP

One partner does SDHP while other partner does 50 double unders, partners switch off the partner doing the double unders.

Cat 2

For Time:

Partner 1- Sumo deadlift high pull 95/65#

Partner 2- 50 double unders

Same scheme as Cat 1.

Cat 3

For Time:

Partner 1- Sumo deadlift high pull 75/45#

Partner 2- 50 Double unders (count misses)/100 Singles

Same scheme as Cat 1 and 2. 100 singles instead of double unders.

Cat 4

For Time:

Partner 1- Sumo deadlift high pull 45/33#

Partner 2-100 Singles
