W25: Duck Duck Goose! (No Measure)
Chosen athletes goes around the circle tapping athletes on the head…duck, duck…then picks a GOOSE! Has to run from them in a duck walk….all the way back to the athletes they picked “spot” and sit before the athlete they GOOSED catches them. Duck… duck, GOOSE! Everyone has to hold in a squat position .
PW5: 20 Minute (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner will split the work on each movement. Farmer Carry is to be done together. DO NOT DROP EMPTY BARBELLS!
