Max Effort Air Squats – Partner 2
Max Effort Burpees -Partner 3
Once 20 Kettlebell swings is completed by 1st partner then rotate. Partner 3 goes to Kettlebell and Partner 2 goes to Burpees ect…..follow through tracking total burpees for 20 minutes.
Score is total number of burpees in 20 minutes.
