Add times for all 5 rowing efforts and post total profile.

C4:

3 rounds of:

Row 500 meters

Rest 3 minutes

Add times for all 5 rowing efforts and post total to comments.
*Good, better, and great times for each effort are less than 3:30/3:45*, 3:15/3:25, and 3:00/3:15* respectively.
