Schedule changes starting this MONDAY (as in tomorrow)!

Hi Athletes,

This is an update on some schedule changes starting this week. Monday, September 12th.

We will no longer offer a 7 AM CrossFit class. 

All evening classes will look like this Monday to Thursday:

4 PM

5 PM

6 PM

7 PM (added)

Friday’s evening schedule will now look like this:

5 PM

6 PM

CrossFit Kids. Still on Tuesday, and Wednesday. Class time is changing.

5:15 PM

Schedule changes starting Monday, September 19th:

New Program /Level 1 Fitness (no barbell work included in the programming). This will be a new membership for those looking to introduce fitness to their life, or gear up to join a regular CrossFit class (although not necessary). CrossFit members with an unlimited plan may join in this class if they want too.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

7 AM 

6 PM

Schedule changes starting Tuesday, September 20th:

New Program/ Barbell Class This is an added program to the CrossFit membership.

Tuesday & Thursday 

6 PM
