Metcon (Time)

C1:

10 rounds for time of:

155-lb. power cleans, 5 reps

10 walking lunges

C2:

10 rounds for time of:

135-lb./95-lb. power cleans, 5 reps

10 walking lunges.

*scale further if needed on C3 & C4.

C3:

10 rounds for time of:

115-lb./85-lb. power cleans, 5 reps

10 walking lunges.

C4:

7 rounds for time of:

45-lb./33-lb. power cleans, 5 reps

10 walking lunges.
C3:

The weight has been decreased to keep the intensity high. If the athlete can power clean 5 repetitions at the prescribed weight and are confident they will be able to do the 10 rounds of power cleans unbroken, they can attempt the as-written version of the workout

C4:

The rounds and weight have been decreased to keep the athlete moving. Choose a weight that feels challenging, but all five repetitions can be completed in one set with solid mechanics.
