Warm-up

W36: 2 Rounds (No Measure)

5 Strict Pullups

10 Pushups

10 Abmat Situps

15 Air Squats

Weightlifting Drills

D4: Split Jerk Drill (No Measure)

These six exercises can be performed in sequence as follows:

Back squat and BTN push press

Back squat and BTN push jerk

Back squat and BTN split jerk

Front squat and push press

Front squat and push jerk

Front squat and split jerk

Clean and split jerk

Rest 10 seconds and go through again.

WOD

For Time:
30 Clean and Jerks, 135# / 95#
C3: 105#/75#

C4: Hang Power Clean into a Push Press. 45/33 (trainer will scale movement & reps accordingly to your athletic ability) PVC Pipe can be used as well to get consistency of the movement down.

*No aspect of functional movements is more important than their capacity to move large loads over long distances, and to do so quickly. Grace accomplishes just that, testing how quickly you can get 30 reps from ground to shoulder and shoulder to overhead.
