20 deficit push-ups, hands on dumbbells

10 push jerks (50lb / 35lb Dumbells)

CAT 3

5 rounds for time of:

100-meter farmers carry (35lb / 20lb Dumbells)

20 push-ups

10 push jerks (35lb / 25lb Dumbells)

CAT 4

5 rounds for time of:

100-meter farmers carry (20lb / 10lb Dumbells)

20 Push ups (From knees is OK)

10 push press (20lb / 10lb Dumbells)
