“Pick your Poison”

Athletes pick your team of three people and then pick which movement you will be doing. Once you start you will not switch!

10K Row

Each team member will row 250 meters while the other two rest.

Each team member will run 200 meters while the other two rest. ((50) 200M runs total)

16 mile bike

Each team member will bike .4 miles on the Airdyne while the other two rest.
