Refund & Cancellation Policy


We accept all Major Cards, as well as Checking account information.

Holds and Cancellations Policy

Accounts wishing to be placed on hold will be

charged a fee of $36.00 per month.

If you are currently on our old membership/ discounted membership pricing and you cancel your membership (not put on hold), and later decide you would like to come back you will be under our new membership pricing.

To cancel your Membership Agreement, you must send an email to billing@crossfituncensored.com, which informs CrossFit Uncensored that you have decided to cancel the contract 30 days in advance of the requested cancellation/billing date, and payment of all unpaid dues and other charges owed to CrossFit Uncensored. CrossFit Uncensored requires a minimum of 30 days notice to process your cancellation request. Any payments on your account that come due prior to the effective date of your cancellation will still be owed and will be charged to your credit card or bank account, using the payment method you have agreed to.  You will be debited/charged for one additional month, on your next billing cycle, after receipt of the written Cancellation notice. If this is the case in your cancellation you have access to the gym for that billing period. No VERBAL, FACEBOOK or other SOCIAL MEDIA requests will be accepted. Members are welcome to use the box during the 30 day notice period.

Refunds, Missed Classes or Cancelled Classes

Missed Classes Policy
There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes.

Class Cancellation Policy
CrossFit Uncensored reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason.
